Great talk but I am surprised Dr. Adlam didn't consider the possibility of a 2nd person world. That is, the interaction of perspectives co-create each other but not in a tapestry that equates to any single perspective even in theory.

How can You measure smarter people when they play dumb at Your level or somewhat above? That's why I accuse nowadays Scinece of DELIBERATE malpractice and thus intentional and illintend progress in science. Example? Yes, here You go: ethic concerns on human testing. It's the Year 2023 and Drug Rehab still consists of psychology and mabye some generic pills here or there like antidepressants or even antipsychotics BUT the grandpa down the street is perscribed about 5-10 different medicaments daily and noone has been tested on the translational and postranslational consequences of this very mixture + to this very person e.g. age, caucasian & etc. It's like the Ebola outbreak in Africa roughly in 2010 or 2015 where You could die at a 90% chance but Gid forbid to ask the patient whether he /she would test that experimental medicine. Guess what? They gave in.. and this was about many decades over due. Imagine how stupid they are acting on everyones expense!

There are alters out there who argue that it is not observation but measurement that causes the collapse of the wave function. More scientists in this field need to do philosophy as it helps in their explanation of what they think is going on. I could feel Emily's enthusiasm coming through I had to turn on the captions as there seemed to be some words that got garbled by the mic. Nevertheless, it was enjoyable so thank you Emily and Essentia for putting this out there it is appreciated.

I would like to understand, but I'm too slow. I can't understand a person talking at this speed, on subjects that need to be thought about, without any pauses. I give my feedback because, for me, Essentia is an important organization that deserves our feedback.
